Find the same landmark in both views

Open the four-chamber preset. Find LA, LV, RA and RV in the model section, then locate the corresponding regions on the 3D heart. Point to the section to see that location in 3D.

Write one structure you identified in both panels.

Change one control, then explain the change

Choose Knobs or Horizontal sliders. Change the multiplane angle a little while watching both panels. Predict which structure the plane will meet before you move again. Re-select the preset to reset the pose.

What changed in the section? What stayed in the same place in 3D?

Compare two preset planes

Open the two-chamber preset and compare its plane with the four-chamber preset. Describe the plane orientation using the 3D model. Each preset opens a fresh model pose; it does not retain your manual adjustments.

Explain the difference to a colleague without naming the view.

Anatomy practice, alongside real echo teaching

Sections, heartbeat and valve motion are illustrative model views. They do not reproduce ultrasound acoustics or calibrated probe handling. Use real TEE/TOE images, textbooks and supervised teaching for clinical interpretation and scanning.
