Information handled by the app

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps do not require an app-specific account. They do not ask for patient information, display advertisements, or track you across apps and websites. ANESTHBETA LLC does not receive model-viewing activity or learning-state records and does not operate in-app usage analytics. The Android purchase library processes diagnostics as described below. Please do not put patient or other identifying information in the optional names of saved learning states.

Views, probe settings, cardiac phase, language preference, and named learning states are stored on your device for save and resume. We do not receive these records or sync them to our servers. Deleting the app removes its locally stored learning states.

Purchases and external links

On iPhone and iPad, Apple processes the optional one-time in-app purchase and restoration. The app receives purchase entitlement information needed to unlock or restore features; ANESTHBETA LLC does not receive your payment card details through the app. Purchasing and restoring require an internet connection.

The app can open guideline, attribution, and support links in your browser. Those external websites, including our public TEE website, have their own privacy practices. The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics; that website analytics script is not included in the app's offline model.

Android purchases and diagnostics

On Android, Google Play processes optional one-time purchases and restoration. The app queries owned purchases and acknowledges completed purchases with Google Play. Purchase identifiers, purchase tokens, signed transaction information and entitlement status are stored in the app's private storage to unlock features, restore access and support offline use. We do not send these records to an ANESTHBETA LLC server, and we do not receive your payment card details through the app.

The Google Play Billing library also sends billing-operation diagnostics to Google, including operation results or errors, app and library information, device manufacturer/model and billing session identifiers, to operate and troubleshoot billing. Google processes these requests and payment information under its Privacy Policy. The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising-ID permissions.

You can remove locally saved study states and cached purchase information by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. This does not cancel an owned purchase or delete Google's transaction records. You can restore eligible purchases with the same Google Play account. For Google-held data and deletion options, use your Google Account controls and Google's privacy information.

If you have enabled usage statistics and diagnostics for Google on your device, Android System WebView may send system/performance information and crash reports to Google, with pseudonymous report tokens. This is controlled by your device's Google diagnostics settings. It does not send your saved learning states to us.

アプリで扱う情報

iPhone・iPad・Androidアプリに独自のアカウント登録は不要です。患者情報の入力を求めず、広告や、アプリ・ウェブサイトをまたぐ追跡を行いません。当社はモデルの閲覧履歴や学習状態を受信せず、アプリ内利用状況のアクセス解析も運用していません。Androidの購入ライブラリによる診断情報の処理については、以下をご覧ください。保存する学習状態の任意の名前に、患者情報など個人を識別できる情報を入力しないでください。

断面、プローブ設定、心周期、言語設定、名前を付けた学習状態は、保存・再開のため端末内に保存されます。当社のサーバーには送信されず、同期もされません。アプリを削除すると、端末内の学習状態も削除されます。

購入と外部リンク

iPhone・iPadの任意の買い切りアプリ内課金と購入の復元はAppleが処理します。アプリは機能の解放・復元に必要な購入権限の情報を受け取りますが、当社はアプリを通じてカード情報を受け取りません。購入・復元には通信が必要です。

ガイドライン、出典、サポートへのリンクはブラウザーで開きます。外部サイトにはそれぞれのプライバシーに関する取り扱いが適用されます。当社の公開TEEサイトではCloudflare Web Analyticsを使用していますが、この解析スクリプトはアプリ内のオフラインモデルに含まれません。

Androidでの購入と診断情報

Androidの任意の買い切り購入・復元はGoogle Playが処理します。アプリはGoogle Playに購入済み商品の照会と購入の確認応答を行います。機能の解放・復元とオフライン利用のため、商品識別子、購入トークン、署名付き取引情報、購入権限をアプリ専用の端末内領域に保存します。これらは当社のサーバーへ送信されず、当社がアプリを通じてカード情報を受け取ることもありません。

Google Play Billingライブラリは、課金処理の運用・問題調査のため、処理結果やエラー、アプリ・ライブラリの情報、端末のメーカー・機種、課金セッションの識別子などの診断情報をGoogleへ送信します。これらの通信と決済情報にはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。アプリは位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク、広告IDの権限を要求しません。

アプリのデータを消去するかアンインストールすると、端末内の学習状態と購入情報のキャッシュを削除できます。購入済み商品の権利やGoogleの取引記録は削除されません。同じGoogle Playアカウントで対象の購入を復元できます。Googleが保持する情報の管理・削除については、Googleアカウントの設定とGoogleのプライバシーに関する案内をご確認ください。

端末でGoogleへの使用状況・診断情報の送信に同意している場合、Android System WebViewがシステム・性能情報やクラッシュレポートを、仮名化されたレポート識別子とともにGoogleへ送信することがあります。端末のGoogle診断設定に従う処理で、保存した学習状態が当社へ送信されるものではありません。

アプリや情報の取り扱いが変わる場合は、このポリシーを更新します。上記の施行日が現在の版を示します。
